Accomodation:
The best of then is, if you first
look for available flights and then complete the request form with the
expected dates. Latest 48 hours after you sent us the request form, we
answer you about availability and prices. If the requested accommodation
is available, we ask you to transfer a deposit of the invoice total to
our account. As soon as we receive the deposit we send you a reservation
confirmation. The rest of the invoice total has to be paid in cash at
arrival.
If the requested accommodation is not available
for the requested period, we will offer you another accommodation with
similar conditions.
Rent-A-Car:
For being able to rent a car on Lanzarote, you
have to be min 23 years old and have your driver’s
licence since min 3 years. Here is also the best to look first
for the flights and then book the car. As we only rent out the cars in
Costa Teguise and at the airport, you have to send us your flight details
(airline, flight number, arrival date and time). The lender will await
you at the airport. He will give you the car which you have to pay in
cash or credit card directly to him. At the end of your stay, you just
leave the car at the airport with the keys inside.
Surfing/Kite/Sail'n Fly:
Latest 48 hours after your request you will get
the reservation confirmation and the invoice. The invoice has to be paid
on Lanzarote directly to the instructor (of surfing, kite surfing or hang-gliding).
He will also inform you about the next procedures and dates.

We sublet accommodations in the name of the owners. But if you should
have any problems down here, we will help you. In case of a communication
problem, if you need a doctor or if you have special requests, you can
reach us easily and we will do all our best to solve the problem so you
can enjoy your holidays.
